        How far you've come

        KEEPSAKE

        A capsule for baby

Little notes and photos you're gathering now, for your child to find one day.

        Letters to baby
        Bump photos

Add one whenever you like — they line up into a week-by-week timeline.

        Moments

The first kick, a heartbeat, a scan, the day you told everyone. Pick one or write your own, add a note and a date, and attach a photo if you have it.

        Share a keepsake

Turn the letters and photos into a single page that opens like a little memory book — lovely to send to family, or to keep for baby to read one day. The photos are tucked right inside it, so it works anywhere.

Trust thisYou know your baby's pattern best. If movements slow down, change a lot, or you're worried, call your provider straight away — don't wait.

          Contraction timer

Tap when a contraction starts and again when it ends. The timer tracks how long each one lasts and how far apart they are.

A guidelineA common rule is "5-1-1" — contractions about 5 minutes apart, lasting 1 minute, for 1 hour — but follow whatever your own provider has told you, and call sooner if your waters break or anything feels off.

          SAFETY

When to call, no matter the hour

Reach out to your provider if you notice
          • Vaginal bleeding or fluid leaking
          • Baby moving much less than usual, or a clear change in pattern
          • A severe or persistent headache, or vision changes (spots, blurring)
          • Sudden swelling of the face, hands, or feet
          • Pain or burning when you pee, or a fever
          • Strong belly pain that doesn't ease, or regular contractions before 37 weeks

When in doubt, make the call. They would always rather hear from you.
